ON-SITE PARTICIPANT TICKET

EUR 100 per person (plus VAT)

This ticket includes:

  • Participation in all conference sessions, including matchmaking sessions with industry experts.

  • Access to the online B2B matchmaking platform, where you can create your individual profile and book 1:1 meetings with national and international industry experts. Your profile will remain visible on the platform for 12 months.

  • Opportunity to see who will attend in 2026 and connect with Austrian and international professionals before, during, and after the event.

  • Admission to the networking evening on January 27, 2026.

  • Catering throughout the conference.

Invoice and cancellation policy:

The invoice will be sent electronically to the email address provided in your profile after the event. If you cancel your registration within 7 days before the event, a no-show fee of EUR 100 will be charged.

EXHIBITOR PACKAGE - BOOK A STAND FOR MAXIMUM VISIBILITY

EUR 500 (plus 5 % advertising tax)
Registration deadline:
December 22, 2025

This package includes:

  • On-site exhibitor space of approximately 4 m², serving as your own B2B area.

  • Two participant tickets, which include access to all conference sessions and networking opportunities.

  • Visibility as an exhibitor on the event platform in the “Exhibitors” section.

  • All services included in the On-Site Participant Ticket (see above).

Invoice and cancellation policy:

The invoice will be sent electronically to the email address provided in your profile after the event. If you cancel your registration within 14 days before the event, a no-show fee of EUR 500 will be charged.

SPONSOR PACKAGE - BOOK A STAND AND ADVERTISING SPACE FOR MAXIMUM VISIBILITY

EUR 1.000 (plus 5 % advertising tax)
Registration deadline:
December 22, 2025

This package includes:

  • On-site exhibitor space of approximately 4 m², serving as your own B2B area.

  • Extra advertising space in the on-site sponsor area.

  • Four participant tickets, which include access to all conference sessions and networking opportunities.

  • Visibility as a sponsor on the event platform and in all print and digital materials.

  • All services included in the On-Site Participant Ticket (see above).

Invoice and cancellation policy:

The invoice will be sent electronically to the email address provided in your profile after the event. If you cancel your registration within 14 days before the event, a no-show fee of EUR 1,000 will be charged.
