This ticket includes:

Participation in all conference sessions, including matchmaking sessions with industry experts.

Access to the online B2B matchmaking platform, where you can create your individual profile and book 1:1 meetings with national and international industry experts. Your profile will remain visible on the platform for 12 months.

Opportunity to see who will attend in 2026 and connect with Austrian and international professionals before, during, and after the event.

Admission to the networking evening on January 27, 2026.

Catering throughout the conference.
Invoice and cancellation policy:
The invoice will be sent electronically to the email address provided in your profile after the event. If you cancel your registration within 7 days before the event, a no-show fee of EUR 100 will be charged.
EXHIBITOR PACKAGE - BOOK A STAND FOR MAXIMUM VISIBILITY
EUR 500 (plus 5 % advertising tax)
Registration deadline: December 22, 2025
This package includes:

On-site exhibitor space of approximately 4 m², serving as your own B2B area.

Two participant tickets, which include access to all conference sessions and networking opportunities.

Visibility as an exhibitor on the event platform in the “Exhibitors” section.

All services included in the On-Site Participant Ticket (see above).
Invoice and cancellation policy:
The invoice will be sent electronically to the email address provided in your profile after the event. If you cancel your registration within 14 days before the event, a no-show fee of EUR 500 will be charged.
SPONSOR PACKAGE - BOOK A STAND AND ADVERTISING SPACE FOR MAXIMUM VISIBILITY
EUR 1.000 (plus 5 % advertising tax)
Registration deadline: December 22, 2025
This package includes:
