Nina Nawara began her career in 2012 as a junior consultant at the PR agency Ecker & Partner. In 2015, she moved to Universal Music Austria, where she was responsible for promoting the international repertoire as a Promotion Manager. In 2017, she joined Red Bull Austria as a Communications Manager, focusing on music and social innovation, and led communications for events such as the Red Bull Music Soundclash and the Red Bull Music Festival Vienna. As Head of Campaigning & Communications at A1now, she played a key role in developing the new music format AUX. Since 2022, she has been working in stakeholder communications at the Austrian Chamber of Labor.

Nina Nawara begann ihre Karriere 2012 als Beraterin bei der PR-Agentur Ecker & Partner und wechselte 2015 zu Universal Music Austria, wo sie als Promotion-Managerin für das internationale Repertoire verantwortlich war. 2017 wechselte sie zu Red Bull Österreich, wo sie als Communications-Managerin die Bereiche Music und Social Innovation betreute und Veranstaltungen wie den Red Bull Music Soundclash sowie das Red Bull Music Festival Wien als Head of Communications begleitete. In ihrer Rolle als Head of Campaigning & Communications bei A1now spielte sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Entwicklung des neuen Musikformats AUX. Seit 2022 arbeitet sie im Bereich Kommunikation der Arbeiterkammer Österreich.
