Stefanie Groiss-Horowitz has built a 20-year career at ORF, holding a variety of roles across different departments. She most recently served as Head of TV Entertainment Programming. Earlier, she worked in strategic program planning, the magazine department, as Chief of Staff in the Program Directorate, and at the start of her career in the ORF press office. In 2017, she moved to private television as CEO of PULS 4, and two years later also took on leadership of the newly launched channel PULS 24. Since 2022, she has been Program Director at ORF.

Stefanie Groiss-Horowitz war rund 20 Jahre in unterschiedlichen Positionen und Bereichen beim ORF tätig, zuletzt als Sendungsverantwortliche im Bereich der TV-Unterhaltung. Zuvor arbeitete sie in der strategischen Programmplanung, in der Magazinabteilung, als Büroleiterin der Programmdirektion und zu Beginn ihrer Laufbahn in der ORF-Pressestelle. 2017 wechselte sie zum Privatfernsehen als Senderchefin von PULS 4. Zwei Jahre später übernahm Groiss-Horowitz zusätzlich die Leitung des neu gegründeten Senders PULS 24. Seit 2022 ist sie Programmdirektorin des ORF.
