EN The Valley of Arts is a ten-day, multidisciplinary festival where, alongside the liberating atmosphere of concerts and the stunning scenery of the Balaton Highlands, visitors become part of a true creative community. Instead of purpose-built stages, the festival transforms the streets, buildings, and institutions of three villages - Kapolcs, Taliándörögd, and Vigántpetend - into concert venues, galleries, and theaters, hosting nearly 3,000 programs. The Hungarian Tourism Program Foundation (MTPA) is a Hungarian umbrella organisation for the business and leisure events sector, established in 2021 to support the development of a cohesive event ecosystem by bringing together organisers, service providers, researchers and educators. It works to strengthen the domestic event industry through research, training and scholarship programmes, a continuously updated event calendar, regular MeetUPs and the annual Event ReStart conference, while also promoting international visibility and cooperation for Hungarian events and festivals. DE Das Tal der Künste ist ein zehntägiges, spartenübergreifendes Festival, bei dem man - neben der befreienden Atmosphäre der Konzerte und der beeindruckenden Landschaft des Balaton-Oberlands - Teil einer echten kreativen Gemeinschaft wird. Anstelle eigens errichteter Bühnen verwandelt das Festival die Straßen, Gebäude und Institutionen der drei Dörfer Kapolcs, Taliándörögd und Vigántpetend in Konzertorte, Galerien und Theater und bietet nahezu 3.000 Programmpunkte. Die Stiftung Ungarisches Tourismusprogramm (MTPA) ist eine 2021 gegründete Dachorganisation für den ungarischen Geschäfts- und Freizeiteventsektor. Sie fördert den Aufbau eines vernetzten und nachhaltigen Event-Ökosystems, indem sie Veranstalter, Dienstleister, Forschung und Bildung zusammenbringt. Die Stiftung stärkt die ungarische Eventbranche durch Forschung, Weiterbildungs- und Stipendienprogramme, einen laufend aktualisierten Veranstaltungskalender, regelmäßige Meet-ups sowie die jährliche Konferenz Event ReStart und trägt zugleich zur internationalen Sichtbarkeit und Zusammenarbeit ungarischer Events und Festivals bei.
